.Handy Birdy(ballpoint pen)These ballpoint pens were designed for users with weak hands. Subsequent to the original design, we incorporated comments from various types of users to create design variations including a left-handed version, and a version for small hands (Minny Birdy) that could be used both right-handed and left-handed. These were our first products designed based on detailed dialogue with users. The ink refills are replaceable enabling continuous use.
.U-Wing Pen(ballpoint pen)This streamlined ballpoint pen has a "loop" in the handle that standard cylindrical pens do not have. With either left or right hand a user can grip the pen in various ways, whichever he or she prefers. For example, a user may put his finger through the loop or sandwich the loop between two fingers while writing. The ink refills are replaceable enabling continuous use.
.Handy Wormy(carrying handle)Shoppers carrying heavy plastic shopping bags always appear to be in pain. Handles of plastic bags often hurt hands or fingers. You may not recognize what it is at a glance, but this is a handle that helps shoppers carry heavy plastic bags without hurting their hands or fingers.
.Ducky(felt-tip color marker)This felt-tip color marker with replaceable tips looks like a duck when you place it upside down. The "duck bill" styled cap is large to prevent children from accidental swallowing. You can insert the cap into the bottom of the round base when using the marker. Writing tests using infants and children with grip problems were conducted in order to carefully design Ducky for easier gripping.
.KUZO Cutlery
.Aqua Planet(magnifying glass)This portable magnifying glass is light-weight and easy to carry. The lens can move within a 220 degree angle from side to side and is easy to pull out and replace with one hand. A portable strap with a safety device to prevent accidental choking was also designed for wearing around a user's neck or for hanging on a bag.
